Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the FOH team members
 - Maintain, support and promote company culture and philosophies
 - Contribute to controlling costs and maximizing efficiencies
 - Maintain health, safety and sanitation standards
 - Ordering, inventory and scheduling
 - Provide an excellent guest experience and resolve guest issues
 - Hold the team accountable to high standards while remaining hands on and leading by example
 - Ensure the team is well educated on the menu items
 - Hire, train, motivate and coach team members
 - Assess employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
 - Ensure the restaurant complies with all health and safety regulations, including monitoring food handling and storage practices, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
 - Understand and comply with CA labor laws
 
Restaurant Manager Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years in a restaurant management or supervisory role, including, keyholder, captain, assistant manager, shift manager, team leader, food and beverage manager or shift lead.
 - Passion for food and beverage
 - Basic understanding of administrative functions and controlling cost of goods
 - High attention to detail
 - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
 - Strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
 - Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
 - Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
 - Commitment to providing exceptional service to guests and support to staff members
 - Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety
 - Computer proficiency, including the use of Microsoft office
 - Flexible schedule, including weekends, and on holidays
 - Food safety certification

- Base Salary in the $65k-70k range
