The General Manager Role:
- Oversees the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Manages multiple department heads
- Reports and works very closely to the Owner
- Ensures guest satisfaction
The Ideal General Manager Candidate:
- Previous experience in non-corporate / chef-driven restaurant concepts
- Good career stability and progression demonstrated
- Experience managing large teams and events departments
- Strong beverage background with extensive wine knowledge
- Dedicated leader that knows how to train and develop teams
- Familiar with the LA restaurant scene
