– 3 years Required The ideal candidate for this position will be a very experienced sales leader in residential roofing.

Outside sales, outside teaching door knocking, being a leader for your team.

Always available for them and pushing them to work harder than they have before and in-turn make them more successful than they ever imagined.

The candidate must be able to speak to clients and diffuse bad situations.
