Research Project Manager III

Description:

As a Research Project Manager, you will be a part of the Customer Insights & Analytics team’s Program Enablement team. The Research team plays a key role in helping shape and implement client’s Devices and Services vision informed by consumer and customer insights.

Client’s projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus. As a Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects. You plan requirements with internal stakeholders and act as the glue across the team to usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing complex project schedules, identifying risks, clearly communicating goals, and helping organize a large cross functional team at scale. This role requires excellent project and process management skills; a collaborative mindset; familiarity with the research process; ability to look ahead; and a track record of demonstrating sound business judgment and excellent execution.

Responsibilities:

– Support the Research team through excellent Project Management leadership

– Manage timelines, deliverable due dates, project reviews and budgets

– Drive agendas, notes, action items and follow ups to keep the work moving forward

– Proactively name inconsistencies, risks or blockers to teams to ensure quality work

– Ability to wear multiple hats and collaborate with a large set of stakeholders from different functional areas and background

– Manage budget and vendor agreements

Job Requirements:

Skill/Experience/Education:

Mandatory: BA/BS, Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience, 1-3 years of experience in Research (Understanding and/or some knowledge the practice of research and/or consumer insights)
