Responsible for the oversight of all business and administrative aspects of the Rental Programs Department relating to shared rental programs in the region assigned to them.
The RPM will develop and track a list of potential partner leads, initiate sales calls and leads, develop proposals, work with the leadership team and cross functional partners to effectively and successfully conclude the sale.
The RPM will be the face of Arcimoto in their respective regions and interact effectively with customers to support their sustained success.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESDevelop a list of potential sales leads in the respective region Initiate sales meetings and develop strong customer relations Work with the Senior Manager to develop proposals Participate in pitching sales proposals to customers Managing and overseeing daily Sales related tasks Attend Sales Reviews Understanding and Maintaining Department policies and procedures Maintaining Sales related documents and contracts Coordinate with our Departments or Sales related projects Manage Sales Orders in our ERP for Accuracy Communicate effectively internally and externally on Sales related projects Provide strategic support to ensure the continued success of partner businessesIdentify ways to optimize partner sales, support with marketing and social media if desiredReview and maintain Sales agreements entered by the companyTrack productivity and results to ensure utilization targets are metSuccessfully complete projects and other assignments as requestedAll other duties assigned REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSValid Driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation Ability to organize and manage a teamPrior sales experience and customer serviceMarketing and events experience a plusProven ability to work effectively in independent settings Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of contacts including outside attorneys, state regulators, senior management, business associates, and customers Excellent at multitasking Available to work overtime, travel when required and be on call as needed Identify and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner Ability to cross train and understand all sales related task and positions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint WORK ENVIRONMENTThe Arcimoto Manufacturing Plants (AMP/RAMP) is where production, fabrication, warehouse, and machining activities are present.
The noise level in the AMP/RAMP can be moderate to loud some of the time.
The Arcimoto East buildings are where research and development, IT and servicing activities are present.
The noise level in the Arcimoto East buildings is moderate to loud some of the time.
The Arcimoto West building is where Tilting Motor Works activities are present.
The noise level in the Arcimoto West building is moderate to loud some of the time.
Arcimoto has various other buildings where materials, administration, accounting, marketing, sales and engineering activities are present.
The noise level in the various other work environments is low to moderate.
