Our client is a Global manufacturer leader and pioneer in solutions for critical laboratory applications in analytical laboratory, chemical synthesis, biotechnology, environmental testing, and food processing markets, with operations in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, and Japan.
You will be responsible for direct sales for both the Analytical Process and Molecular business units in Northern California and Northern Nevada territory.
You will be working from home, with the flexibility to visit clients and organize your schedule. Experience Requirements
2 – 5 years prior sales experience or lab experience in a related industry.
Ability to travel up 60% with overnight stays
Strong work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Need to live in northern California or northern Nevada
Education Requirements
BS degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biology or related science.
Microsoft Office and/or other computer software package aptitude
Salesforce.com training is a plus
Responsibilities
Prospecting, closing, developing markets, providing installations and operator training as well as any other duties as defined to promote sales, grow the territory and achieve the territory goals on an annual basis.
Establish relationships with prospects in the chemical, general food, meat, dairy, university, and testing lab industries in order to obtain orders.
