Our PSMs are very similar to our CSMs, the only different is that PSMs manage relationships with our external partners and vendors, The right candidate will have a SaaS background in market research, data analytics, big data, AdTech, and/or MarTech. You will be covering 15-30 accounts at a total of $2MM in annual spend. Our CS teams are divided into 4 person pods and report up to our VP of CS.
