Job Title: Customer Success Manager (SaaS, Advertising, Excel)
Salary: $60-$75kk Base, $100k Total Comp + 401k, Benefits, Vacation

We work with some of the largest organizations in a wide range of verticals and have offices across the country.
Our insights platform pulls data from thousands of different sources across 150 countries and aggregates onto one easy to use platform.
We e have been in business for 30 years and have 400 employees.
We treat our employees with adopted the remote lifestyle
– we’ve let go of the majority of our offices and are employees are now 100%, permanently remote.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring a Remote Partner Success Manager with 5+ years of SaaS experience.
Our PSMs are very similar to our CSMs, the only different is that PSMs manage relationships with our external partners and vendors,
The right candidate will have a SaaS background in market research, data analytics, big data, AdTech, and/or MarTech.
You will be covering 15-30 accounts at a total of $2MM in annual spend.
Our CS teams are divided into 4 person pods and report up to our VP of CS.

What You Need for this Position
At Least 5 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of
SaaS CSM Background in market research, data analytics, big data, AdTech, and/or MarTech
