RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
– TEXAS JOB SUMMARY The Relationship Manager will as a key member of the Business Development team for the Texas region.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for making visits to current and potential clients, assessing the needs of potential clients, answering initial questions about AgAmerica’s lending products, and referring potential borrowers to the credit team.
This person will enjoy engaging with a variety of farmers, ranchers, and landowners across the country and enjoy working one-on-one with clients by identifying a need that AgAmerica can fulfill.
This person will have extraordinary people skills that will allow them to proactively help potential clients while promoting the AgAmerica brand.
This person will be able to turn a commonplace visit into a memorable experience, create a genuine relationship, and provide unforgettable service.
To be considered for the role, this person must be a highly-motivated problem solver who is comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and must have a strong network among Texas farmers and ranchers.
JOB DETAILS Hire Date: ASAP Position Type: Full-time, exempt Compensation: Salary negotiable based on experience, competitive benefits package, and bonus opportunity Benefits: Health/dental/vision insurance, matching 401k program, fun work environment Additional Requirements: Nation-wide overnight travel approximately 3-5 weeks per year JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies Conduct business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services Alert the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients Let customers know about other products the company offers Attend meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts Achieve client relationship targets and KPIs as set by the Director of Business Development Work closely with Intake Coordinators and Client Relations Managers Escalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews Monitor company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues Update the CRM and ensure Client Relations Managers are aware of changes within clients Pass leads to the sales team and follow up on progress Liaison with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively Work closely with the company’s sales team; enabling them to meet their objectives by providing them with appropriate tools Manage online presence and direct programs to improve reputation and recognition Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management Develop and deliver marketing and communication strategies for the organization Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, agriculture, education or related field Experience in working with Salesforce or other Client Relationship Management System 2 years working in a sales Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong written and verbal communication skills CORE COMPETENCIES Comfortable in a high-growth fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
Previous sales experience and an organized approach to work.
Previous experience working as a client relationship manager or a track record of managing client relationships.
