Regional Sales Manager (West Coast)

SKIDATA USA is seeking an Enterprise Regional Sales Manager with previous sales experience with enterprise technology solutions and services based on the West Cost to join our growing company to support the clients in the West Region.

Position Summary: Responsible for acquiring new customers and working with existing customers for hardware installations, cloud-based solutions, as well as maintain and expand on customer relations.

Responsible for development and control of defined accounts and markets.

Understanding the needs of the customer based on profound and excellence knowledge and existing network in SKIDATA’s market segments with focus on technology-based solutions.

Contributing to expanding SKIDATA’s markets, customer satisfaction and repeat purchase.

Responsible for planning and managing customers and market territory as well as personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Seek and develop client relationships.* Gain detailed knowledge of all Business Units to identify and to support sales in these segments to offer appropriate solutions.* Understanding the available and needed solutions, products, services, and operations.* Direct support of special projects and customers where extraordinary support is needed.* Taking and preparing special briefs for clients so that the client’s needs are addressed while ensuring the final proposals remain operationally sound and financially viable for SKIDATA.* Seek and identify opportunities for new business and services such as digital platforms and ensure effective communication channels to relevant teams within HQ and help deploy such solutions effectively.* Responsible for leading r* Responsible for managing a team of five or more Sales Professionals to meet or exceed regional sales goals.

(No individual sales goal) Qualifications: * Proven ability to understand customer business objectives to be able to provide solutions to help them grow.* Strategic thinker with proven ability to build a strong sales strategy.

* Ability to motivate a team and address sales professionals not hitting sales quotas with appropriate plan of action.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat and any type of CRM software, Salesforce preferred.* Passion for technology; possess and maintain firm understanding of new and emerging technologies related to the position.* Excellent ability to communicate effectively utilizing both written and verbal skills.* Strong commitment and superior reliability.* Great attitude and the ability to be team player.* Negotiation of new contracts and extensions.* Commercial and business awareness.* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in technology sales and marketing.* Enterprise software or technology solutions experience is a plus.* Knowledge about current trends in the business and potential risks.* State-of-the-art sales methodologies.
