The Regional Sales Manager will direct and oversee the organizations operational activities for the designated region; such as overseeing policies, objectives, and budgeting & sales initiatives.

This includes ensuring all District Sales Managers, Office Managers, Assistant Managers, and Customer Service Representatives are developed in assigned roles, held accountable for meeting operational targets, and are in adherence to are held to A-MAX corporate guidelines.

The Regional Sales Manager will provide leadership guidance and support to all A-MAX retail locations within the region.

Job Responsibilities: Communicate and demonstrate the companys core values by developing trust and respect among peers and staff that is focused on building cohesive teams to drive results across the region Provide operational solutions to business challenges and serve as operational subject matter expert Accomplish results by communicating expectations, planning, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures Provide ongoing leadership and training support to ensure staff are knowledgeable of the business model and operating procedures Analyze results of operational performance and assist in providing strategies to improve key performance metrics Establish and enforce department policies, procedures, and standards by working with internal business partners.

Performs all required HR evaluations, required documentation for direct reports, employee relations issues, and recruiting initiatives.

Manage upper-level/internal complaint and compliance issues in accordance with HR policies.

Education/Experience Background: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, or related field Other Skill Requirements: Without degree: Minimum 3 -5 years of multi-site leadership experience Current County Mutual License, required (Current Property & Casualty License a plus, will be required to obtain within designated time-frame upon hire) Excellent verbal/written communication skills Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision making skills Basic Computer knowledge and possess strong written, verbal and people skills.

Demonstrated intermediate to advanced written communication skills (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and verbal communications skills.

Able to work independently with minimal/no supervision.

Ability to work flexible schedule and travel Ability to quickly learn any Company/Proprietary software is necessary.

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

The ability to work within safety guidelines as it pertains to AMAX standards of operations.
