Utilize your keen management and sales abilities to improve team coverage, ensure customer satisfaction, and meet/exceed sales forecasts for your assigned region.
Responsibilities will include:
- Customer relationship management of assigned area
- Educating/training staff on products lines and Engine Management categories
- Implementing process improvements
- Reviewing website features, training modules, part look-up and search functions
- Reporting on sales process and category levels
- Building and reinforcing our brand
- Analyzing local reports of customers and providing insight into areas of opportunity within our categories for that specific market
- Attending meetings, tradeshows, and other customer events to promote and educate about our products
- Handling other related functions as necessary
Job Requirements:
- Results oriented and highly personable
- Must have appropriate knowledge of automotive technical/mechanical subjects
- College degree required
- Superior presentation, leadership, motivational, analytical and oral/written communication skills will also be expected
- Knowledge of sales processes/capabilities, B2B experience
- PC proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel to various locations as needed
- Up to 75% overnight travel required
