Position Description
The Regional Director, Hospitality Sales is a key member of the commercial leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
He/ She is responsible for the acquisition and growth of large hospitality programs and revenues and provides leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to a team of high performing sales managers.
The Regional Director, Hospitality Sales is responsible for, developing, mentoring, motivating, and managing the Torn Ranch Hospitality sales team.
This position is responsible for overall sales performance and for planning and executing strategies that profitably grow company sales in alignment with Torn Ranch’s business objectives and meet revenue and strategic goals.
Reporting to the Regional Director, Hospitality Sales are:
· ~ 6 Regional Sales Managers
Responsibilities
· Target, acquire and grow large-scale new and existing programs with Corporate Hospitality customers
· Set the direction, strategy and tactical plan to achieve y-o-y revenue growth objectives
· Align the sales organization’s objectives with Torn Ranch’s business strategy through active participation in corporate planning, sales strategy development, budgeting, and sales resource planning
· Be accountable for effective sales organization design, including sales job and channel design, and sales resource deployment
· Meet and exceed defined sales goals for profitable sales volume, growth, and other key financial performance objectives
· Lead learning and development initiatives impacting the sales organization and provide stewardship to sales management talent
· Develop and reinforce performance guidelines for sales management and fosters an environment of accountability
· Acquire and grow a select set of key customers and personally interface with and manage that set of customer relationships
· Work cross-functionally with other senior leaders and departments to enable sales execution, removing obstacles that impede sales growth and which are not aligned with companywide objectives
· Establish and maintain customer relationships and act as the primary customer facing ambassador for Torn Ranch
· Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and support achievement of companywide strategic initiatives
· Ability and willingness to travel 60%+
