They will be required to determinepresent and future material and subcontractor availability. If needed, the investigation, analysis, and interview of potential suppliersand subcontractor to determine manufacturing limitations, facilities, equipment, quality standards and experience will be executed. TheRegional Procurement Manager will manage the fulfillment of purchasing recommendations for project procurement as needed.ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis of market and delivery conditions in order to determine present and future material andInvestigate, analyze, and interview potential suppliers and subcontractor to determine manufacturing limitations, facilities, equipment, quality standards and experienceManage the fulfillment of purchasing task for project procurementDevelop procurement strategies, bid soliciting, contract awards and contract managementMaintain historical equipment procurement information so as to provide to the estimating departmentResponsible for all procurement activities on given projects by overseeing equipment and subcontractor procurement activities and coordination with project teams and Corporate ProcurementQualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering, or relevant experienceMinimum of eight years of experience in subcontracting and equipment purchasingAdditional QualificationsExperience with online bidding systems is preferred, PMWeb and Building Connected a plus.Ability to stay organized and prioritize is essential in this role.Strong Excel and data entry skills.Ability to develop relationships with key internal customers and suppliersPossess a passion for quality, compliance and weighing riskOSHA 30 certificationAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.CRB is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
