n n The role: n nWe are looking for an Regional Operations Manager(Warehouse, Automation) to work hand in hand with our client sites to support and develop their MFCs (Microfullfillment) Centers).

This person will be a subject matter expert who ensures we are building best in class automated operations that bridge the gap between manual and machine driven workflows.

All candidates should be willing to travel between 30-50% of the time.

n n This is exciting because you will have the chance to: n Coach and partner with MFC Managers on effective warehouse management, building good habits that lend to operational excellence, and how to balance activity flows within the building Support our sites through new software deploys, updated process rollouts, enhanced trainings and all other issues that could impact workflow Dive quickly and deeply into observations in the field, creating action plans to address operational issues in coordination with internal and external operations teams Lead client site team through optimization/improvement initiatives; translate high level business objectives into tangible, digestible, hands on processes for operators Work proactively to ensure best practices are shared and upheld across entire client operations team as well as across the Takeoff organization Lead documentation of existing processes and SOPs and as we evolve to implement new processes/SOPs Work cross-functionally with Ops, Product and Engineering to ensure process flows and instructions are clear, digestible, replicable and scalable n n Some of the experience that you will bring to the table: n Ability and willingness to travel 30-50% of the time Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills Experience leading optimization & improvement initiatives Experience leading, driving & implementing new processes to help increase overall operational efficiency & eliminate any bottlenecks or current gaps Experience testing software / hardware strongly preferred Experience in warehousing and/or automation strongly preferred n n The reasons you will love working at Takeoff(to name a few!): n We’re a successful, rapidly-growing startup with an entrepreneurial vibe We’re disrupting the eGrocery industry with our innovative business model We’re passionate about what we do We get to be creative on a daily basis You’ll work with a smart, experienced leadership team that wants to do it right, and is open to new ideas We believe in autonomy, and reward those who take initiative We offer competitive salaries and comprehensive health benefits We have fund We are committed to building a highly diverse and inclusive culture and environment n n Competitive & comprehensive benefits package we offer: n Top salary with yearly bonus incentives based on individual and company performance Equity Unlimited PTO to ensure our team takes the necessary time off to recharge and be as productive as possible when they come back to work(this is very important to us) 12 weeks of paid baby bonding leave for both parents Tuition Reimbursement A continued focus and emphasis on work / life balance Health, Dental and Vision plans 401(K) plan with a 5% company match(kicks in day one!)
