Superpedestrian is hiring for a remote Regional Operations Manager in North America.
Your role will be to ensure the success of our markets via hands on support for our on the ground teams.

What You’ll Do
Oversee all aspects of our operations Be held accountable for market performance KPIs and P&L management.
Ensure fleets are healthy and we are maximizing the usage of our devices.
Drive compliance to standard operating procedures in markets to ensure consistent management of the fleet.
Provide inputs into developing SOPs that will help drive down costs and improve market performance.
Work with local teams to create deployment strategies that maximize revenues.
Ensure adherence to market specific SLAs.
Manage and support market-specific Operations Managers.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders on product feedback, user trends, launches of programs among other topics.
Build relationships and negotiate contracts with fleet management partners. Liaise with local governments and community stakeholders under the leadership of the policy team.
