Regional Manager, Hospitality/Event Staffing

Our client, an industry leader committed to excellence in the Hospitality Staffing industry, seeks a Regional Manager for multiple locations in their California market.
Their client list includes all the major awards shows including the OSCAR’ S and the EMMY’ S.
Based in LA this is a unique leadership role driving sales, branch operations, recruiting and strategy.
Compensation includes a 6 figure base and additional incentive.
Qualified Candidates Should Have
Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate with all stake holders including: internal and external customers, vendors and upper management in both formal and informal situations.
Creative, analytical and technical skills and ability to exercise independent judgment.
Ability to handle high levels of responsibility and manage and prioritize tasks, project and events Be self directed and self motivated with strong organizational skills and excellent project management skills Customer service oriented and able to work well under stress with demanding time lines.
