Regional Manager

Our expanding company is seeking to hire a Regional Manager to join our talented team.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Regional Manager will provide leadership for Store Managers and pave the way for multiple Duffl stores’ success.

As the profit and loss leader for your region, you will work closely with store leadership –
– full-time employees and student employees –
– to recruit, hire and train campus based staff, grow Duffl’s presence on campus, provide localized product offerings, run efficient receiving, stocking, picking, packing and delivery operations, maintaining an excellent campus focused culture for our team and customers.

Put simply, you are the CEO of your territory.

The successful candidate will be incredibly hard working, resourceful, decisive, and above all is a natural leader.

They will be comfortable leading a very large and distributed team and setting a positive example.

This is a tough job that requires an incredible amount of dedication.

Responsibilities

  • Preserving company culture
  • Recruiting full time Store Operations Managers and students as Store Supervisor (store supervisors) and Racers (delivery couriers)
  • Mentoring and developing early career and student staff
  • Partnering with local vendors to white label unique products
  • Picking, testing and ordering new store products
  • Building a loving community
  • Leading a large, decentralized team
  • Growing Duffl in your territory

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience
  • 3+ years experience with supply chain, retail operations, or marketing
  • Large team management experience
  • Retail or warehouse experience preferred
  • U.S.

    Work Authorization

  • Familiarity with campus life and surroundings
