We are seeking a dynamic and creative execution specialist to join our team of Regional Implementation Managers as we seek to build a stronger foundation both internally and externally for the Boost Mobile business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of critical thinking and tactical, field based execution experience.

This role will focus on developing and implementing sales strategy, internal and external new hire field training facilitation, and market optimization within the assigned territory.

This role will also be responsible for the implementation and field execution for new brand and channel launches across their assigned territory.

Regional Implementation Managers will coordinate with HQ Training Team , Go to Market Team, and Brand Team to develop assets for field execution, enforce implementation of sales strategies to assist in driving key initiatives, and coordinates market optimization efforts.

In this role, you will:

• Report to the Head of Implementation and Execution, and coordinate with Regional field sales and Boost Operations teams on the implementation strategy for product and promotional launches to expedite speed to entry in achieving Boost Mobile OKRs & KPIs

• Assist in building processes, procedures, and coaching tools for newly hired/promoted sales employees (internal and external) through their initial 90 day development period

• Coordinate with Regional Director of Sales to implement, inspect, and enforce the company’s customer facing sales strategy for product/promotional launches within assigned territory

• Deliver new hire and developmental trainings for all Boost Mobile retailer’s front line employees within assigned territories

• Be responsible for market level optimization relative to Boost Mobile brand standards, selling skills and team development

• Responsible for field training implementation and execution for all new brand and channel launches across assigned territory for the sales team

As a Regional Implementation Manager you must dedicate your efforts towards initiatives that change the way Boost engages, collaborates and ultimately competes in the marketplace.

The wide-ranging nature of the position will afford the opportunity to influence change within many aspects of the business.

Ideal Regional Implementation Manager candidates possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree and six or more years related work experience (or ten years sales/sales management experience);

• Three years of experience in a management capacity with direct or indirect retail channel experience;

• Minimum one year selling wireless products or services;

• Ability to travel across the country 2-3 weeks out of the month;

• Ability to develop a strategic plan and drive execution, while working cross functionally with many departments and levels within the organization

Compensation: $86,400.00/Year 
– $120,200.00/Year
