Regional Director, Paid Social at MediaMonks

In the Regional Director role, you?ll be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of clients and team operations across the planning and operations of large scale social media campaigns. You will work closely with senior leadership to support the development of our portfolio paid services offering, specifically supporting the talent infrastructure of current and new hires within a region. Additionally, you will support new business growth for both organic and net-new clients.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing top-tier client relationships and teams, ensuring teams are set-up to deliver value to our clients.
  • Partnering with account teams when they require deeper collaboration on Paid Social strategy, delivery, and implementation.
  • Collaborating with representatives from our priority partners such as Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snap, and other media platforms to drive growth and success for the agency.
  • Researching and implementing new Paid Social platforms, ad types, and cross-channel integrations.
  • Maintaining a robust roadmap for testing new theories, betas, and methodologies within Social channels.
  • Establishing a Paid Social media process, and partnering with our internal teams on best practices in Paid Social.
  • Creating engaging case studies that feature results and outcomes, focus on new Social-focused methodologies, and present a compelling strategic narrative.
  • Reviewing accounts to ensure best practices are being utilized while discovering areas of growth and expansion for clients.
  • Managing a team of Paid Social and Creative Strategy SMEs.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development team on pitch content for prospects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years Paid Social experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snap, Twitter, Pinterest), preferably in an agency environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a team management role, and a passion for developing talent.
  • Experience with translating client marketing goals into Paid Social strategy.
  • Experience successfully working across cross-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve client marketing goals.
  • Comfortable with topics such as campaign creation, audience development, creative strategy, and general social media best practices.
  • Proven prior work experience presenting findings and making recommendations for social account optimizations to internal or external clients.
  • Strong content development skills, including articles, decks, POVs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Confident presentation and public speaking skills.
  • The ability to travel occasionally to meet client and agency needs.

  • Facebook Blueprint certification
  • Previous agency experience with a focus on Social Media
  • Ability to drive Social Media strategy while still feeling comfortable diving into platforms to help optimize accounts as needed
  • Detailed project management skills in order to stay organized across multiple projects
  • Entrepreneurial spirited and a self-starter; able to work both independently and in a team environment

At this time, all positions are exclusively work from home due to COVID-19. Once the company decides to resume normal office operations, your time will be spent in our offices, though frequency is subject to change based on business needs and general health and safety considerations.
