What We?re Looking For:

A talented and focused Regional Director of Programs to successfully provide day-to-day operational leadership and oversight in the successful implementation of One on One Learning?s educational programs.

*Must reside in Southern California*

What You?ll Do:

  • Full-cycle program implementation and management of various programs throughout assigned region, ensuring adequate staffing levels; program materials and instructional design quality meets the needs of each program.
  • Provide support and supervise assigned Program Coordinators to include hiring and training, administering regional program goals and objectives, creating environment for cohesive communication and feedback, implementing team building strategies, and identifying professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Expand the One on One Learning brand by creating, maintaining, and strengthening key relationships needed for program renewals and referrals, meeting with school districts, principals and others as needed within assigned region.
  • Oversee the quality assurance control across all assigned programs through scheduled program observations and program modification, as needed, to ensure the highest quality program deliverables and student achievement based on terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Monthly reporting of assigned program statuses and progress, collecting, and maintaining all program records as needed.
  • Successfully manage assigned program budgets, optimizing, and adjusting as needed.
  • Review and reconcile tutor hours and student attendance sheets; review and process tutor payroll.
  • Review and submit invoices and supporting documentation monthly for all assigned programs within region.
  • Assists the National Director of Programs in all areas to ensure successful program implementation across various regions as needed.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • EXCELLENT communication skills with the ability to communicate and work cohesively with a broad range of individuals.
  • A Minimum 3 years of hands-on program implementation experience.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with minimum 3 years of managing and supervising a team of diverse individuals.
  • Minimum Bachelor?s Degree in Education or Social Services.
  • Strong customer and student focused drive with a constant focus on improving client and student experience.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach with the ability to remain flexible, adaptable and shift priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong organizational and excellent time-management skills.
  • Level-headed problem-solving skills able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Able to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
