What you will do:   As the Regional Director for the LA Market you will provide dedicated clinical excellence to our clients and team members by fostering a culture focused on achieving strong clinical outcomes, and providing the best team member and client experience.

Your ability to achieve strong census enrollment, improve payer relationships and rates, enhance compliancy and transparency for each center in the division will result in improving the financial performance of your region.

The Regional Director helps to support our team of clinicians that help our clients to live their ABSOLUTE best lives by: 
Providing quality clinical supervision and program direction to Clinical Directors, including skills enhancement and clinical consultation, to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across divisions, clients, settings, and funding sources.  Providing mentorship and supervision to Clinical Directors to ensure baseline clinical expectations and clinic OKR’s are being met via accurate assessment of skills and direct feedback through completion of Performance Management metrics.  Provide case consultation on complex clinical cases within region, as requested.

Build relationships with various referral sources and collaborate with the marketing team to actively acquire new opportunities to expand Region clientele and offerings.

Participate in expansion opportunities in the Region.

Manage and coordinate the budget across all divisions in Region.

Manage staff according to the approved budget guidelines and work directly with the leadership team to proactively address actual to budget variances.

Manage departmental key performance metrics and annual budget results for the assigned Region.

Work with the leadership team to manage key performance metrics (both clinical and operational) in the Region.

Prepare management reports on key performance metrics.

Collaborate with leadership team in developing new programs and other special projects, when appropriate.

Develop and support annual goals, as determined collaboratively with the leadership team.

Serve as a liaison between Clinical Directors and the leadership team.

Remain current regarding new research, current trends, and developments in autism spectrum disorders, applied behavior analysis, special education, and related fields.

Represent Kadiant to clients and colleagues, both professionally and ethically.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for all clients.

This includes obtaining appropriate consent (i.e., consent to evaluate, consent to release confidential information) for all clients.

Maintain accurate Region timekeeping records.

Minimum Education or Training Equivalent to:
Licensed or Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or other state-recognized license (preferred).

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field (education required; field of study preferred).

Minimum Additional Related Experience:  
5 years’ experience directly managing a team of direct reports 2 years’ experience managing a team of leaders with direct reports  Extensive experience conducting BCBA tasks (i.e., data analysis, programming, assessments, supervision, etc.) and/or working with individuals impacted by pervasive developmental disorders (required), across varied client profiles.

Licenses & Certifications:
Licensed or Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or other state-recognized license (preferred).

You should be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing.

It is preferred that you also have two years of related professional experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities in a multi-disciplinary team setting.
