Regional Commercial Sales Manager

This is a Full-time position in Los Angeles, CA posted June 11, 2022.

ARS-Rescue Rooter is currently seeking a full time Regional Commercial/Residential Sales Manager, responsible for commercial and residential business development, building and maintaining contacts in the plumbing and contracting industry, setting up new account information, generating leads, and resolving customer issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develops sales and marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, and profit and loss projections.
Assures the successful launch of new segments and new channels by assuming responsibility for planning, promoting and introduction. Resolves channel conflicts.
Assists in the preparation of Service Center annual budgets to support the sales and marketing functions related to commercial, residential plumbing and other lines of business.
Evaluates competitors services, determining market share and market trends and informs others by maintaining and distributing competitive comparisons and evaluations.
Monitors and tracks sales statistics and performance. Develops and implements sales process improvement initiatives.
Assists management planning by contributing performance data through written reports and presentations.
Develops a knowledgeable sales force in service lines by conducting and overseeing technical and business related in-house training.
Analyzes sales incentive programs and provides direction for modification, as needed.
Assists in marketing services by arranging for and participating in key exhibits, specialty shows and field sales calls.
Facilitates coordination of sales activity by acting as liaison to other departments and functions.
Observes all safety and company rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS):
Highly motivated, energetic self-starter.
Minimum of 5 years previous of proven sales experience.
Muti-channel customer development experience is a plus.
Proven track record in leading a sales team is required.
Outstanding communications skills are required.
High degree of organizational organization proficiency.
Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft applications.
Valid drivers license and good driving record required.
