Real Estate Sales Manager

Job Description As a high-performing Sales Manager, our expectations are that the ideal candidate helps the organization meet the customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company and sales team competitive and innovative. This person would be responsible for recruiting sales team candidates who mirror our values and possess strong qualities such as being humble, hungry, and smart. Additional responsibilities include maximizing the Sales Team’s potential by managing and motivating them as well as crafting and monitoring a sales plan and justifying that plan to upper management. Duties also include scheduling and overseeing all training programs and identifying training needs. Compensation: $150,000 in bonus potential Responsibilities: The Manager is a licensed real estate broker who can deliver total support coverage to agents for the benefit of the client The Manager is the sparkplug of the sales force that motivates, encourages, and coaches the sales team to improve performance to meet and exceed goals The Manager works with agents 1:1 to develop their business plans and goal setting and is available directly as a resource to support the agent in achieving identified goals and executing the plan The Manager identifies points of differentiation for agents and encourages agents to identify niches and pursue specialty designations The Manager keeps the sales force focused on their goals, focused on sharpening the primary skillsets of prospecting, presenting, and closing, and works to keep agents in the production The Manager conducts training on scripting, role-playing, prospecting methods, nurture methods, preparing and presenting CMAs, and Listing and Buyer presentations The Manager implements and enforces the standards, ideals, and policies concerning lead routing, lead processing, and farming; and first point of contact to resolve internal agent-to-agent disputes concerning the same The Manager implements and enforces the standards, ideals, and policies concerning contract preparation, transaction management, professional standards, duties to clients and others, and another point of sale risk mitigation procedures The Manager is the first point of escalation to resolve external agent-to-agent commission disputes and external client-to-agent disputes The Manager has significant industry experience and is available to agents directly to provide experience and insight into how to work toward the best possible outcome with the least exposure The Manager keeps the sales force focused on core competency, professional standards, and ethics while sharpening the primary skillsets of contract mechanics, negotiating, and overall risk management Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have: A proven track record for sales management and growth.
