nn Why We Need You: nn nn n nn nnThe QA/C Supervisor will oversee the daily operation of the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Department at Dr.
Squatch Soap Manufacturing.
This person will be responsible for all aspects of finished goods and packaging component inspection and release.
They will ensure that production of finished goods are in compliance with all company SOPs and regulating agencies guidelines.
QA/C Supervisor will also supervise and direct the Quality Assurance and Control Inspector, evaluate staff performance and indicate corrective action as required.

●Train and support Quality Control Technicians nn nn
●Review and maintain product/goods specificationsnn nn
●Exercise and monitor GMP compliance in work environmentnn nn
●Work closely with the Production team to define and establish operational parametersnn nn
●Ensure timely and accurate completion of non-conformance investigations, including out of specification investigationsnn nn
●Manage a continuous improvement program within departmentnn nn
●Understand and exercise all safety requirements and proceduresnn nn
●Develop and perform inspector/auditor training programsnn nn
●Establish and maintain SOP criteria for inspection/testingnn nn
●Organize and manage meetings as appropriatenn nn
●Set department goalsnn nn

●3 or more years experience working in cosmetics or chemical manufacturing is preferrednn nn
●2 or more years experience with inspection and quality controlnn nn
●3 or more years experience in a supervisory/managerial rolenn nn
●3 or more years GMP experience is requirednn nn
●Minimum Associate’s Degree in related fieldnn nn
●Proficient with Microsoft Office programs or similar programs (Google Office suites) nn nn
●Excellent communication skillsnn nn

●Experience working in consumer products industry highly preferrednn nn
