Description
Lead the daily operations of Quality processes including Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Develop and ensure compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.

Direct internal and external Quality audits and periodic re-qualifications Produce product and process quality KPI’s by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.

Develop and maintain top tier staff with continuous training, recruiting, and ensure process improvements Achieves financial objectives by preparing the quality assurance budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

Out of Specification (OOS) and CAPA Management.

The Successful Applicant
Manufacturing leadership experience preferred (in FDA regulated personal care, cosmetics, or pharma) Experience teaching, coaching, negotiating, influencing, and problem-solving.

A proved track record leading and implementing quality systems in a GMP environment, and direct experience with FDA and other health authority inspections.

Comprehensive knowledge of Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance issues and standards.

Demonstrated ability to establish a world-class Quality culture and Quality systems.

Demonstrated skills in achieving results and managing others to achieve corporate, site, and departmental objectives.

Continuous Improvement process implementation experience Excellent interpersonal, computer and communications skills (both verbal and written).
