Youll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.Our Operations Support team monitors the overall quality of our service.

As a part of the team, youll be the primary contact for ensuring the quality of our services is maintained while also considering better ways to provide the same service in a more cost efficient manner and keeping customer satisfaction with our services high.

Food and Drug Administration (” FDA”) or the World Health Organization (” WHO”).Minimum Degree Required:High School DiplomaMinimum Years of Experience:4 year(s) of progressive roles managing IT operations quality control, process improvement, and compliance.Preferred Qualifications:Degree Preferred:Bachelor DegreePreferred Fields of Study:Information TechnologyPreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader including:Going to meeting spaces when end users experience issues using meeting space technology and assists them to connect to the meeting and triages whether the technology is broken; if broken, coordinates AV resource to go to the meeting space to assist; Helping end users set up for large meetings and tests meeting space in advance; Demonstrating empathy with end users, can de escalate, and is solution oriented; Coordinating with vendors and and other tech teams when office technology is not working or needs upgrades; Communicating effectively at different levels within and outside of the organization; Providing inputproactively to office technology design and support models by sharing end user feedback; Applying effective judgment in knowing when to escalate issues and to manage stakeholders; Taking initiative to independently to identify and troubleshoots issues related to implementation office technology solutions, including network issues and meeting space technology issues and drives coordination with vendors for installation, fixes and maintenance; Demonstrating basic level of understanding of network design, cabling, UPS and AV collaboration technologies and ability to understand and analyze schematics, diagrams, blueprints and floor plans; Using ticket management system to track office technology issues; documenting issue and resolution; following up on ticketsthat are not resolved promptly; Providing in office off-hours on-call L2-L3 support as needed; Troubleshootingapplication and network performance and connectivity issues; Monitoring system availability and performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively; Communicating effectively; Demonstrating being customer focused; Demonstrating being well developed and demonstrating proven organizational and planning skills; Demonstrating core knowledge of Enterprise AV Crestron Control & Digital Media, Extron, Biamp Tesira, FORTE & Nexia and Cisco Video Conferencing, and webcasting; Proving familiarity with Digital Signage functionality; Understanding of Enterprise network and security with respect to AV deployment; Working knowledge of how to use Collaboration products Google Chromebox’s, Google Jam boards, MS Surface Hubs, WebEx, and Google Hangouts/Meet, and Cisco Room Systems; and,Understanding of network and Wi-Fi technology and how to test their functionality.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at PwC without regard to race; creed; color;religion; national origin; sex; age; disability; sexual orientation; gender identity or expression; genetic predisposition or carrier status; veteran, marital, or citizenship status; or any other status protected by law.
