PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:* Take action to ensure everyone has a voice, inviting opinion from all.* Establish the root causes of issues and tackle them, rather than just the symptoms.* Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.* Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.* Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realises they are required.* Develop specialised expertise in one or more areas.* Advise stakeholders on relevant technical issues for their business area.* Navigate the complexities of global teams and engagements.* Build trust with teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation.* Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.Job Requirements and Preferences :Basic Qualifications :Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor DegreeMinimum Years of Experience :7 year(s)Preferred Qualifications :Preferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:* Possessing the experience as a cyber and business writer who can translate and convey technical insights on cyber and privacy issues to the board audience; * Possessing the experience of being responsible for the content programming, creation, and curation on a new PwC content platform to help boards/corporate directors understand the cyber and privacy issues that they oversee; * Possessing the experience using research techniques and coordinating within the organization to use the significant array of inputs and assets for the platform; * Possessing the abilityto write content that is intelligible to business executives who are not steeped in the technical matter and that is relevant to how boards perform their oversight function; * Possessing the abilityto be timely and responsive to breaking news and events requiring board awareness; * Possessing the experience working with a group of stakeholders and leaders to identify, consolidate, aggregate, refine, refresh, and onboard appropriate material and content into the toolkit; * Possessing the experience managing the ongoing content offerings for a content platform for robustness, depth, sector coverage; * Possessing the experience managing the development of the content pipeline; * Possessing the experience in defining content requirements to increase value to the board audience; * Possessing the experience in creating feedback loops (via platform analytics or subscriber surveys) to gauge engagement of and relevance to the board audience and reporting on outcomes; * Possessing the experience in conducting independent research for proof points; * Possessing the experience in conducting interviews with subject matter experts internally and externally to create content; * Possessing the experience in writing platform copy, web copy, introductory copy to content offerings; * Possessing the experience in writing copy for distribution channels for the platform; * Possessing knowledge of cyber and privacy; * Possessing the experience in managing a content series or platform on web or app, including content strategy, Content programming and Management of content dev; * Understanding of engagement and consumption analytics; * Possessing the experience in conducting primary and secondary research; * Possessing the experience in creating a systematic mechanism to keep up with content streams relating to disclosure requirements, thought leadership or other articles, regulatory updates, industry standards, frameworks / best practices, news articles, surveys, events; * Possessing the experience managing a high-quality source inventory to stay abreast of issues that the board audience should be aware of including Global Threat Intel, Global benchmarking, Cyber and Privacy Innovation Institute, Tech Effect, Governance Insights Center.
