An established commercial real estate firm in Los Angeles is seeking a qualified Property Marketing and Leasing Manager to manage and oversee marketing and leasing of commercial properties. You will be working out of our Los Angeles office (Mid-Wilshire Area) with occasional visits to Arizona. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. The annual salary is dependent on experience.
The ideal candidate must have 5 or more years of property marketing and leasing experience.
Work consists of the following:
· Advertise the vacant spaces and contact prospective tenants for leasing.
· Manage and assist brokers with showings and other information that they may need to properly market the vacancies.
· Management of existing tenants to insure high quality service and resolution to any tenant issues;
· Monitoring of tenant rent delinquencies and collections;
Qualifications:
· Ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in commercial property marketing and leasing with some experience in tenant and property improvement projects;
· Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational and follow through skills;
· Reliable, dependable, self managed, ability to work with little direction, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism;
· Proficiency in Office software such as word, excel, and outlook;
· Valid Driver’s License, transportation, and ability to visit properties in Southern California and Arizona.

Pay: $18.00 – $40.00 per hour
