Property Managers

SRO Housing Property Managers Supervise property personnel, including scheduling and training staff; Rent collection; Maintain resident files; Manage facility work orders and supply orders; Manage pest control processes; Report writing; Tenant conflict resolution; Perform 100% inspections; Manage unit turnover process; Refer residents to supportive services; Serve violations/legal notices; Coordinate move-outs.

Job Requirements:

Requirements: High school diploma or Equivalent; Two or more years of tax-credit, low income affordable housing experience; Computer literacy with MS Office and Yardi Voyager; Customer service and property management background. Candidates must understand the process for re-certification.

Unit: Property Managers are required to live on-site in a unit provided by SRO.  SRO Housing properties are in the Skid Row area of downtown Los Angeles.
