Project Field superintendant needed for new apartment project in Westchester (near LAX).
Minimum 10 years experience running a project with a structural concrete garage and Type 5 wood frame construction.
Must to able to schedule subs, prepare and update project schedule, communicate with office, building inspectors, and consultants.
Must be computer literate, including use of Word, Outlook, and emails.
Immediate opening.
