The main part of this role is responsibility for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. The ideal candidate for this position is able to effectively manage key projects as part of our client’s strategic business plan. What you get to do every day

– Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

– Sets out schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

– Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

– Gathers information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into recommendations

– Serves as Scrum Master for the developers on the team – leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

– Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies

– Creates project with correct ticket workflows and boards

– Works with Product Owner/Product Manager to ensure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clear and achievable

– Manage the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

– Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

– Secure that the functional requirements are achievable, tracked, and met

– In charge of project planning

– Produces detailed reporting to management on risk assessment, milestone completion, and project status

– Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members

– Time blocks and presides the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

– Determines and schedules projects – as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

– Administers deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Product Owner, and Dev Ops

– Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

– Facilitates the daily stand-ups, ensuring they are timely, focused and brief

– Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager

Job Requirements:
– Strong communication and social skills

– Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

– Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

– Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

– Project management knowledge, along with strong operation and project management skills

– Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

– This most important thing for any applicant to this position is to be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

– Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

– Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification

– Flexible and focused

– navigating basic office equipment and protocols experience

– Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred.

– Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

– Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
