Job Title: Project Manager with some Supply Chain experience

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Project Weekly Sync Meetings (separate meetings for BSA/IT and Supply Chain workstreams)
o Identify workstreams/participants
o Work with stakeholders to identify tasks/issues for resolution; compile tracker
o Schedule meetings (weekly and ad-hoc)
o Update tracker in real-time during sync meetings
o Distribute sync meeting minutes within 24 hours
o Follow-up communications with stakeholders/business resources
– Business Process Re-engineering Forum (BPRe)
o Hold monthly sync meetings with Supply Chain Operations teams: OPM/Logistics/Publishing, Tech Ops, Sales Ops, Process & Analytics
o Work with BSA team to identify projects and categorize: In Flight, Pending, Sequencing (rolling 15 months & > 15 months)
o Manage BSA teams creation of project charters (Summary, Business Value, Deliverables, Status)
o Maintain BPRe tracker (Assigned BSA, Project Start/Target End, % Completion)
o Lead monthly BPRe Forum: Review and status update for VP Operations and Directors.
