Overview

• Purpose Statement/Position Summary: Provides project management for projects of significant organizational impact, scope, complexity and/or magnitude; this may include, but is not limited to, strategic initiatives, operational efficiency or improvement, process improvement, quality improvement, new system or process implementation, change management, and special projects.

Manages project to achieve successful and satisfactory project deliverables and objectives.

May direct resources and project contributors or teams that are internal and/or external.

May manage multiple projects and project teams.

• Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 7 or more years of progressive experience; Clinical & non-clinical hospital operations experience preferred.

• Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or other related field. Master’s degree preferred.
