Job Details
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Responsible for overall Client relations and satisfaction.
- Reviews Bid Documents
- Interact with Architect/Designer and Subcontractors throughout Bid process.
- Prepare in-house scope outlines
- Prepares drafts of Proposal documents
- Obtains final sign-off of Bid Proposal Documents
- Prepares final Bid packages for distribution.
- Project Schedule maintenance
- Final negotiation and buy-out of all required trades
- Overall responsibility to ensure a safe, clean, and hazard-free jobsite
- Ensures proper close-out of projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management Experience within luxury residential construction
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction, Architecture, or Engineering preferred
- Attention to detail, organized & effective time management
- Excellent communication skills both written & interpersonal
