We are seeking a Project Manager to support one of Greystones’ top producing HUD/Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac/Bridge sales team that specializes in delivering various debt products to multifamily clients. This position can be based out of anywhere in the United States. The Production Team Admin must possess strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at once. The individual will work directly with and alongside all production team members, clients, underwriters, loan closers, and counsel.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, receive, and organize information from clients ranging from items needed for 3rd party reports to complete underwriting submission checklist documents.
- Track timing and stages of each transaction, ensuring that 3rd party reports are scheduled & completed on a timely basis
- Maintain organization & communication at each stage of transaction between origination team members, clients, underwriters, and counsel.
- Recommend and establish processes and procedures that improve team operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently on projects and also collaborate as a team player
- Handle other duties/projects across the Greystone platform as needed and assigned
Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Commercial real estate or comparable industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of MS Office with sufficient Excel skills required
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at once
- Ability to work as a team player
- Solutions based problem solving skills
