Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Work with Executive Team to ensure projects are prioritized and aligned with business objectivesOversee project planning, including working with team leads, contractors, and vendors, to define project scope and goals, identify resources, and create and manage project schedulesMaintain day-to-day tasks and project status within the project management tools for team-wide useConstantly monitor progress and communicate project status to all stakeholdersIdentify and implement process improvements to ensure the efficient achievement of project goalsCoordinate multiple projects simultaneously, including cross-team projectsProactively manage schedule and scope changes, identify potential risks, and create contingency plansServe as escalation point for internal and external issuesCollaborate with Brand & Design team to understand and inform strategy in support of the project objectivesSupport our engineers, designers, business analysts, and QA analysts by streamlining our workflows and reducing friction so that we can efficiently create and release new marketing campaigns and productsLead team planning sessions and scrum meetingsProven ability to translate goals into actionable items Qualifications: Education/Experience:BA/BS degree in a marketing, public relations, or graphic design discipline or equivalent practical experienceProven experience launching, maintaining, and supporting successful marketing initiatives and productsExperience with various project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, etc.) and Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence)Experience with mid to large scale enterprise solutions, with proven success implementing a multi-million dollar project strongly desiredAble to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and deadlines, while operating at a strategic level with all members of the project teamsNatural, clear communicator with a humble and direct approach to project managementMeticulous attention to detail, including maintaining accurate records and diligently tracking key project metricsIdeal candidate has experience working with sprints and scrum methodologyPhysical RequirementsAAC is committed to principles of equal opportunities for all employees.
