Job Summary:

Provide leadership for Design/Build construction projects through budgeting, finding subcontractors, estimating, obtaining LADBS city permits, construction and finishing projects.

Essential functions:
Works well with others, including clients, other project managers, office staff, field crews and company CEO to ensure smooth project strategy/practices.
Works on a wide variety of project sizes and types (mostly commercial).
Meets with potential clients and community leaders.

Must be able to bring business to our company.
Works cohesively with subcontractors, vendors, design professionals
Manages project budgets, including hard and soft costs/
Qualifications:
Construction management degree.

Enough experience in the field?

No degree needed.

We need an individual who has hands on construction experience for a number of years.
Understands all phases of commercial construction.
Working knowledge of the Design/Build method.
AutoCad experience not needed but definitely a bonus.

Base salary will be negotiated based on experience and production.
