We believe that it is our responsibility to do our part to help create a healthy and sustainable future for all.The RoleWhat you’ll do:* Manage innovation projects in support of the strategic product plan across our entireportfolio* Build and maintain relationships within Operations, and partner with Product, R&D,Brand, Creative, Sales, Sourcing, Finance and Packaging Engineering on the productdevelopment process* Develop, track and manage cross-functional performance for timelines, innovation gatedocuments and post launch / ad hoc analysis for all product launches and SKUtransitions* Prepare detailed implementation project plans and manage week-to-week execution ofassociated tasks, including planning, tracking, documentation, risk analysis and bi-weekly status updates to senior leadership* Lead project checklist meetings, while driving accountability across keyteam members* Resolve and promptly escalate issues, risks and dependencies
– proactively identifyingpotential gaps and critical path analysis, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute onmitigation plans* Continually refine and support effective project management workflow standardsincluding procedures and templates that promote efficiency, productivity, and quality* Assist with implementation of PLM software, including: timeline development, crossfunctional inputs, task management, financial analysis and SOP creationYou’ll love this job if you are:* Highly analytical and strategic.
