Position OverviewThe Technical Project Manager
– Battery Technology will be focused on ensuring the timely completion of the various activities within the organization which are core to several technological advancements that fuel the success of existing and future products at Romeo Power.

The Battery Technology, Research & Development (R&D) organization houses the Battery Algorithms, Battery Cell Testing, Battery Modeling, and Battery Cell Technology groups.

The individual will be responsible for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders for completing project management activities on time such as coming up with plans and timelines based on needs & defined scope, organizing resources to execute on tasks, and communicating progress as well as any issues along with proposed solutions.

Additionally, the individual may also partake in various hands on technical activities to advance the progress of the different groups in the organization.

A pragmatic R&D approach feeding into product development is expected.

Key Roles and Responsibilities * Lead technical project management activities within the organization* Develop project plans and timelines based on needs & defined scope* Organize resources to enable groups to execute on tasks* Interface with internal and external parties to ensure the success of core deliverables* Communicate progress and issues along with proposed solutions to key stakeholders* Engage with group and suppliers to facilitate purchases for experiments in the Cell Test Lab* Document and develop core group processes to facilitate a streamlined workflow* Develop knowledge of Battery Algorithms, Battery Cell Testing, Battery Modeling, and Battery Cell Technology through internal and external activities* Perform hands on technical efforts across groups as needed* Contribute to the company’s technical strategic directions regarding battery technology Basic Qualifications * B.S.

in engineering with a minimum 5+ years of engineering experience (or M.S.
