PM to the team due to volume of projects they have scheduled for 2022.
Looking for a commercial project manager to run interior fit outs and small base build projects.
2 years in a project manager capacity for a commercial GC.
Must have strong experience with construction documents, scheduling, budgeting and subcontractor selection.
Skills: Project management, Construction management, Construction, Schedule meetings, Ms project, Ms office suite, Project coordination, microsoft project, scheduling, subcontractor management Additional Skills & Qualifications: -Project Report Writing -Microsoft project or other PM software experience.
-Construction Management Schooling preferred not required.
