Job Summary: The project coordinator is responsible for managing administrative aspects of company projects, tracking and monitoring project progress about deadlines and needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with team members and management. Job Responsibilities: Assists in coordinating schedules Coordinates deadlines on all deliverables Assists in monitoring team progress and escalating when blockers or issues are identified Taking notes in meetings and updating roadmaps accordingly, keeping a clear record of dependencies, deadlines and monitoring progress against those deadlines Assists in preparing progress and planning documentation when necessary, including charts, powerpoints, and docs Attends all staff meetings about the project and leads meeting agenda and actioning follow-ups Sending recaps and updates to key stakeholders to update progress on projects Collaborate with various stakeholders – policy, legal, product, eng, data science – coordinating various projects related to the improvement of our safeguards, such as developer assessment forms, compliance with data policies, and enforcement mechanisms Skills: Previous project coordination experience, attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience writing up short posts, longer docs, and making presentations Ability to work in a team environment and present updates in large team meetings Computer knowledge and various programs such as google suite, excel, project management tools like Asana Any previous experience working with developers, integrity, compliance would be helpful in this role Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in technical, liberal arts, or business-related field Some kind of experience working with developers, handling private information, or audit/government assessments.
