We have an IMMEDIATE need for a Medical Site Project Manager to manage and be point of contact onsite at a Covid vaccination facility. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented in juggling and adapting to shifting priorities.
- Monitor contractor work for compliance with HIPAA and Company procedures and policy related to documentation, quality, safety, and schedule.
- Create and maintain contractor schedule and reports to management.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors and employees involved in testing to ensure safety and overall quality of work.
- Prevent potential problems and provide effective solutions in reaction customer service and testing issues.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with preference in Healthcare / Healthcare Administration, or Business Administration; Master’s Degree preferred
- 5+ years of Project Management in Healthcare or Hospital environment
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) both to site teams and to executives
- Good relationship management skills that include good listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to ensure seamless operations
- Plus: PMP / Six Sigma Certification
- Plus: EMR experience; Epic experience helpful
- Plus: flexibility to work overtime
