You will be part of the Change team, helping drive the evolution of the organization. Your team sits at the crossroads of Strategy, People, and Culture, ensuring the SF Fed is moving forward on its vision to be a premier public service organization, by helping drive shifts in behavior, attitudes, and systems. As a key member of the team, you will build the detailed and overarching roadmap that lays out the plan of attack to build an organization that is people first, crafts opportunity, and is future focused. You will also be a trusted advisor to the Strategy, People, and Culture leadership, providing insight and guidance on project management processes, resource impacts, and project/program risks.Your project management experience, collaborative nature, and critical eye will be instrumental to help the Change team accelerate the SF Fed s transformation and shape and sustain its culture.Highlights of Responsibilities:Serves as lead consultant to change management team; provides guidance and support to team members, stakeholders, and leadership on matters related to project and program management.Develops project plans that include all required artifacts and checkpoints, including financial and resource impact across functions/areas; reviews change strategies and plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements and allotment of available departmental resources to various project phases.Manages the overall process of risk detection and appropriate risk response strategy.Leads the formulation of an overarching enterprise change project plan and roadmap integrating change plans from key strategic initiatives.Continuously benchmarks project management performance to identify improvements and achieve higher maturity in project management capability.Provides oversight and development of business requirements which align with the overall objectives and manage scope to plan.Qualifications:Typically has 8 + years of related work experience, including 5 or more years in diverse roles with growing leadership responsibilities across major projects and programsBachelor s degree in Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience.
