Overview

• Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Program Manager reports to the SVP and Chief Medical Officer and works with the Chief Medical Director of Inpatient Operations, and then Chief Medical Director of Quality and Clinical Effectiveness.

This role interfaces with all clinical services and as needed other services throughout the organization in optimization of processes impacting the provision of inpatient care.

They are responsible for providing leadership for strategic business initiatives including program & project management, business development, turnaround and restructure, space planning for clinical operations, and other special projects as requested by Executive Leadership.

The Program Manager also services as a liaison between Executive Leadership, Faculty/Trainees, and Clinical Services.

• Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 5+ years’ relevant progressive experience.

Demonstrated advanced grant writing and grant management skills; data and financial management skills.

Ability to effectively work across systems internally and externally is required.

• Education/Licensure/Certification: Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field required.
