Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who can work independently and as part of a team on water, wastewater, and storm water system planning, design and construction projects for our municipal clients.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, growth oriented professional with the ability to manage multi-disciplined project teams from planning through conceptual and final design, construction phases and operations of facilities.

You will have staff to mentor and clients to support.

Use your skills and expertise to manage multi-disciplined project teams from planning through conceptual and final design, construction, and operation for treatment and collection system projects.

This job opportunity will lead to increasing levels of management and client development responsibilities as you progress your career within Woodard & Curran.

You will be a trusted advisor to our longstanding, valued clients will be given the flexibility to manage your own schedule to achieve your goals.

Expectations:
Manage project and proposal efforts to meet client and company goals, with particular focus on scope, schedule, and budget managementCommunicate effectively with clients, regulators and project stakeholdersSupervise and mentor staff to successfully complete multi-disciplinary project assignmentsParticipate in Woodard and Curran’s internal delivery system improvement programs and engage in our culture of continuous learning
Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have technical and project management expertise in the field of civil and environmental engineering, and have an understanding of the engineering concepts associated with all types of municipal water and wastewater systems including system modeling, treatment processes and distribution/collection systems infrastructure; Highly detail oriented and have an in-depth understanding of financial management and budget maintenance; Maintain complex project schedules with Microsoft Project and Oracle Primavera software; Recognize scope creep and develop mitigation measures; Understand state and EPA regulations regarding treatment and distribution /collection systems; Knowledgeable in state bidding laws and SRF programs; Up to date on the latest advances in technology, regulatory trends, equipment and processes; Excellent verbal and writing skills.
10+ years of engineering experience.B.S.

Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.Registered Professional Engineer.
