– Digital Experience Design

As a Gensler Project Manager you leverage your passion for the intersection of digital in the physical space, technical solutions, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, project management, and digital acumen to deliver exceptional client projects on time and on budget.

You collaborate and coordinate across design practice areas including architecture, interiors, brand, digital, consulting, the client team, and with external partners and vendors.

You serve as the single point of contact that enables the digital delivery of the design vision.
What You Will Do

Manage all phases of Digital Experience Design projects, including project immersion, ideation, specification, design, development, and delivery

Create and communicate clear and attainable project objectives, requirements, work plans, timelines, budgets, and reporting metrics

Manage day-to-day scheduling, progress budgets

Coordinate with contractors, vendors and consultants as needed, per project

Manage a range of project team sizes, comprised of project architects, interior designers, job captains, graphic designers, and software developers

Support business development in preparation of project proposals

Ensure projects conform to proposals and contracts

Provide Design Management services on multiple projects

Your Qualifications

5-7 years of project management, producer, or related field experience

Demonstrated project management success on technology or digital projects

Experience with the entire project lifecycle from concept to delivery

Experience leading, managing and mentoring multiple project teams

Experience crafting and maintaining technology work plans and budgets

Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on projects

Knowledge of digital design, development, standards, and solutions

Strong organization, communication and relationship management skills

Must have the ability to maintain existing client relationships serving as a trusted though leader and solution provider

Prior experience with digital marketing agency, event marketing, tradeshows or related experience engagement fields a plus
