CallisonRTKL seeks a Project Manager with extensive project management experience to join its Healthcare Practice Group located in Los Angeles.

The position is focused on managing healthcare mid-to-large scale national and international healthcare projects.

Responsibilities
Plans, coordinates and manages the project process for large scale healthcare projects Represents the project or practice as the primary contact for client interaction Negotiates critical and controversial issues with appropriate parties Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations Serves as the main contributor during client meetings and presentations Manages the finances of all assigned projects
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related design field Minimum 9+ years of architecture experience Professional registration preferred LEED accreditation preferred Experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred Experience with healthcare projects Experience with all phases of design and construction Ability to produce and direct work Strong technical background Solid working knowledge of building codes Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and ability to interface with all clients and employees Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships Experience with contract negotiations and project financial planning and scheduling
