You will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through delivery.
These are projects from Development to Commercialization and you will be focused more on the Commercialization side.
(br /((br /(MUST HAVES:(br /((ul((li(MS Project(/li((li(MS OneNote(/li((li(Monday.com or Similar Software experience(/li((/ul((br /(DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:(br /((ul((li(Manage and lead project teams to determine and define project scope and objectives(/li((li(Responsible for overall coordination, and status reporting(/li((li(Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner(/li((li(Work with the functional heads to develop and track project budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements(/li((li(Develop and present a detailed project schedule and work plan (/li((li(Responsible for project documentation such as business requirements for project charter(/li((li(Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress(/li((li(Facilitate project team meetings, create agenda and minutes(/li((li(Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables (/li((li(Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution to drive team deliverables (/li((li(Assess project issues and areas of risk and informing Program Management to help develop mitigation plans(/li((li(Escalate issues when they impact timeline, scope, quality or budget(/li((li(Prepare and distribute project updates to Program Management(/li((li(Contributes to the functional excellence of Project management(/li((li(Participates in the development and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, tools, and project management practices(/li((/ul((br /(EDUCATION & EXPERINCE:(br /((ul((li(Bachelors Degree in Science or Engineering (Ideally Mechanical or Industrial Engineering)(/li((li(1+ Current year of Project Management experience(/li((li(2-5 Years of Professional working experience(/li((li(Practical knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques.(/li((li(Proficiency in MS Word, OneNote, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe, Visio, and other project management software.
