POSITION TITLE: Project Manager
POSITION PURPOSE:
This position concentrates on a wide range of analysis, research, compliance regulation, technology launches, special projects and operational administration duties to effectively produce high volume performance and serve as a business partner to the field and corporate offices.

The Retail Operations Project Manager’s customers include the stores and international business partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Drive sales and profitability by compiling various reports and all budget and expense related items.

Create and manage spreadsheets to assist the Country Manager to effectively analyze business results and opportunities.

Prioritize and communicate issues to the Country Manager.

Communicate corporate retail standards and processes during store openings and monitors compliance.

Create and maintain strong relationships with all levels of the field and international partners.

Collaborate with key business partners to ensure maximum operational efficiency.

Generate and distribute a variety of recurring reports to select field personnel for business analysis.

Resolve and follow up on field and corporate inquiries.
Provide a wide range of administrative services, including but not limited to competitive research, data entry, invoice processing, generating regular reports and documents.

Use effective planning systems to ensure proper time management and follow up in order to meet deadlines.

Inform Country Manager of any issues, concerns and needs.

Special projects as assigned by the Country Manager.

Evaluate the outcomes of the project as established during the planning phase.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Communicate company information and directives to the field and corporate business partners.

Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.

Partner with Corporate, Divisional Assistant and Field Project Managers providing support, analysis and recommendations to ensure operational efficiency.

Assess personal, operational and technical training needs required for optimal performance.

Ensure consistency and accuracy on all reports.
Communicate and coach effectively to all levels across all departments.

Develop partnerships to enable business success and set team direction.

Adapt and manage changes to project(s) scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and appropriately approved.

Act professionally and with integrity providing open, honest and constructive feedback.

Make fast, smart decisions when developing policies and procedures to support achievement of project objectives.

Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports.

Take initiative and calculated risks to improve personal and company performance.

Accept responsibility for performance and ensure all commitments are met.
Resolve cross functional issues at project level using sound judgment when making decisions.

Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities.

Assume other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree
